Upstate PA Breweries Wild Game Dinner

OK, we finally have the details and costs worked out.

Upstate PA Breweries Wild Game Dinner is a Philadelphia Beer Week Event featuring beers selected by Pennsylvania Breweries author Lew Bryson.

First Course:
Elk Creek IPA
Hunter's Chili (Ground Venison)
Elk Creek is a new brewpub in Millheim, PA.

Second Course:
Bavarian Barbarian Headbangerz Brown Ale
Saureed Partdridge Salad

Third Course:
Bullfrog Winter Warmer
Beer Braised Rabbit
Winter Warmer, which is about 6.2% and lightly spiced with rosemary.which we were thinking could go REALLY nice with rabbit.

Fourth Course:
One Guy Cinnamon Boldy
Apple Fritters

Sunday March 9th, 5pm.

The price is $80, which include taxes and tip. Advanced ticket purchase is suggested.

It's a little pricer than I hoped, but game is expensive. And that price does include taxes and tip.
