The Grey Lodge Pub finished number 5 in WIP's Cheesesteak Challenge. The top six were invited down for final judging.
We arrived in 5th and we left in 5th, but there were no losers that day, only microscopic degrees of winning. All the people we met that day from the other places were truly really nice. Man I love this city!
Here is Pat McGinley cooking up cheesesteaks on 2nd Street outside Paddywhacks. Joining Patrick and myself were Irish Dennis, Geoff Robinson, John Beitler, Chez, Jorge, and Joey Devren. You can hear John Beitler's laugh. You also will endure my voiceover, which is a skill I need to work on.
