Tonight it will again Munich in Mayfair when we tap Spaten Maibock.
It wouldn't be a Munich in Mayfair night without German food. Tonight we will be serving Fischwurst with spatzel and freshly made cole slaw.
The Fischwurst is actually more of a fish log than a fish sausage. But
1) the cookbook calls it "Fish Sausage",
2) and "Fischwurst" sounds cooler than "Fisch Log", which Google tells me is the translation of "Fish Log".
