Tapped: Founders Rubaeus, Penn Weizen

Penn Weizen replaced the very delicious Brookynner Weisse. I remember Penn's Weizen being very tasty too. This is the last of the wheaties for 2008. Well maybe one might pop up for variety, but we are about to go full steam ahead into marzens, pumpkins and other fall seasonals.

A sixtel of Founders Rubaeus replaced Abita Fleur-de-Lis Restoration. Nick Franlin asked us to try to score some Rubaeus back in May. It's finally tapped. If you'd like to try this beer, you might want to hurry in. We could only score a sixtel, which is 1/3 of standard 1/2 barrel. Also Founders is discontinuing this beer, at least for a while, as raspberries have gotten way too pricey.

Pliny Update: The 1/2 barrel felt about 1/2 full as of 10am.
