TONIGHT WED 22 OCT: LORD CHESTERFIELD WORLD SERIES GAME ONE PRE-PARTY
Come out and cheer on the Phillies tonight. It's game one of the World
Series. We now have four TVs on our first floor including two large
high-def flat panels. We will have tasty Yuengling Lord Chesterfield
on tap. Get here early for the pre-party. At 7pm, Frank from Yuengling
will have give-aways and might buy you a pint of Chesterfield if you
show some Phillies spirit.
FRIDAY 24 OCT: IT'S THE GREAT PUNKIN, INDIA BROWN!
This Friday it's another Dogfish Head night. We will be featuring
Dogfish Head India Brown and Dogfish Head Punkin Ale on tap. We'll
also have bottles of Dogfish Head Red and White. There will be a clown
thing, but don't be scared, you throw darts at it. There will be a few
Dogfish clown games to win, which is perfect for Halloween. After
what's scarier or more evil than a clown?
SUNDAY 26 OCT: THE BOOK AND THE COOK
The Book and the Cook lives on in West Philly at the Enterprise
Center. On Sunday at noon, I will be on a panel with a few other
restauranteurs.

3) I have dropped the ball on birthdays recently. Sorry about those I missed. Rather do them weekly, we will do them daily or so. Last night was Mercedes Pokorny's birthday. She stopped in for her free birthday beer after hitting the Free Library on the Parkway for an author's night. The author sounded really interesting, but to be honest I forgot his name already.
