Tapped: Victory Whirlwind Wit (sixtel), Clipper City Heavy Seas Winter Storm, Arcadia Imperial Stout, Sierra Nevada Torpedo

Wow loads of tap changes since last night.

Arcadia Imperial Stout replaced Lancaster Milk Stout.

Clipper City Heavy Seas Winter Storm replaced Great Divide Fresh Hop. Winter Storm is a big ESB. Yesterday with a high of 70, this beer would have seemed out of place. But today, with it's windy walk in to work, seems just right for Winter Storm.

Sierra Nevada Torpedo replaced Sierra Nevada Harvest Ale.

A sixtel of Victory Whirlwind Wit, for today's Crafty Tracy event, replaced a 1/4 barrel of High and Mightly St. Hubbins. I think the St. Hubbins got tapped Friday night. Even for a 1/4 barrel that's pretty fast turn-over. Unless noted, we only tap 1/2 barrels (or enough sixtels or 1/4s to equal a 1/2 barrel worth of beer). Sixtels are for babies!.. and special events.

Within the hour, cask conditioned Victory Storm King will be replacing cask-conditioned Legacy Hedonism Red on our handpump.
