Draft Changes
Stone Pale Ale moved on through. Replacing it is the legendary Russian River Pliny the Elder. Phil, Jim has already called Gino, who has already been in for some Pliny. If you want some too, I suggest getting here soon. I predict it will kick sometime on Saturday, probably early afternoon. Unless otherwise noted all beer we tap are full 1/2 barrels (either 15.5 or 13.2 US gallons).
It's hop heaven at the moment, Arcadia Hop Rocket replaced Otter Creek Imperial Stout. Hop Rocket is a 9%'er so please be careful.
So that's Bear Republic Racer 5 on the beer engine, plus Arcadia Hop Rocket and Pliny the Elder on draft. That is hop heaven!
Keeping things mellow yet interesting and tasty is Philadelphia Kenzinger, which replaced Breckenridge Vanilla Porter.
A sixtel of Stoudts Bretts Organic Kolsch replaced Victory Wild Devil. Dang, I didn't even get to have any out of that barrel.
Miscellaneous
No links today. Nothing tickled my fancy. But we do have news Chef Jim will have all sorts of Quebecois food items for St. Jean-Bapist day on Friday June 24th. Jeez, I can't wait. Poutine, smoked meat sandwiches and more.
