Draft Beer Changes
The sixtel of Great Divide Double Wit didn't last long. Replacing it is Left Hand Juju Ginger. I can't wait to try this one. Sounds like a great summer beer.
Replacing Palm is Founders Porter. We tapped one for Stout Season and everyone loved it. Everyone can now love it again.
The reformulated Yards Saison replaced Flying Fish Abbey Dubbel. Like with all the beers coming out of the new Yards brewery, there is high praise for this one. This is another I can't wait to try.
Replacing Dock Street Honey Wheat is one of my favorite beers of 2009, Dock Street Dunkel Berliner Weisse. Tart and funky, Berliner weisse's aren't for everyone. This is a dark version. I think it's marvelous. Can't wait to get to drink it again.
Late Evening Update: The 1/4 barrel of Brew Dog only lasted about 48 hours, which wasn't surprising. Replacing it is Arcadia Hop Rocket.
Harpoon Winter Warmer finally kicked. Replacing it is Boulder Sweaty Betty. When Boulder first came to Philly a few years ago, the first beer we bought of their's was Sweaty Betty. To be honest I bought it just because of the name. We keep on buying it because it is a seriously great wheat beer.
