Draft Beer Changes
As promised, we tapped a sixtel of Ommegang Rouge last night in honor of our Actual 13th Anniversary. The Observed 13 Anniversary is tomorrow, when we will have 13 hours of beer events. 13 events, 13 hours, 13th anniversary, see there's method there. The Ommegang Rouge is quite nice, like a Sweet Tart.

Sly Fox Helles Golden Lager kicked last night. The line remained open for reasons noted right below.

Kick the Kegs Special Tonight
You may have noticed, we are not at our full capacity of 11 beers on tap. We have been allowing lines to up open up for tomorrow, when it will be a tilt-a-whirl of beer changing. Even with 7 lines, we have a nice variety and strong selection.

After 8pm tonight, Twin Lakes Winterthur Spring Wheat, Clipper City Heavy Seas Big Dipa, Founders Red Rye, Dock Street Mt. Ranier, and Manayunk Yunkers Gold will be $1 off while they last. Help us move them on out! If the lines get too meager, we may tap some of tomorrow's beers a little early.

Beer Factoid of the Day
Long time friend of the Lodge Bob Renner sent us this: Reported in the Metro today, a Spanish study found that regular beer drinkers had stronger bones and were less likely to suffer from osteoporosis. Thanks Bob.
