Draft Beer Update
For our handpump, we tapped a firkin of Sly Fox Chester County Bitter. This is Sly Fox's newest beer.
Dock Street Dunkel Berliner Weisse
replaced Dock Street Triskadeckaphilia. We had the Dunkel Berliner in before. It's a love it or hate it beer. I'm in the former camp.
The wet-hopped beers continue to kick quickly. Weyerbacher Harvest has been replaced by Sierra Nevada Harvest Ale. Wet-hopped beers are yet another beer style that was pioneering by this legendary brewery. So this is the grand-daddy of harvest ales. And we have loads more wet-hopped beers to come.
2nd Update: And yet another change. The fests keeping turning over as well. Isn't this year a great time of year for beer? Weissenohe Monks Fest replaced Clipper City Balto-Marzhon. Weissenhoe comes from a German monestary. We had this on tap last year and it rocked. It will be my first beer when I finish here in the MGMT bunker.
Picture of the Day
The windows and new door are in! One side-effect is right now we have no signage, and no exterior lighting. We might not look it, but we are open! Come on in!.. Please!
