Man, those Phils know how to keep it dramatic. Experience the drama with us tonight at the Grey Lodge. We'll have the game on, great people, great food, and of course great beer. Sly Fox cans will be $3 during the game. Go Phils!

Draft Beer Update
Cask conditioned Sly Fox Chester County Bitter kicked leaving our handpump empty for a few days. Cask-conditioned Bear Republic Racer 5 will arrive on Tuesday and will be cool and settled for the beer engine on Wednesday.

Sorry Dave Yam, the yam beer, Bruery Autumn Maple, kicked. Replacing it is Erie Derailed Black Cherry Ale. I had a few of these last night. Dang it's tasty. Unlike most black cherry beers we have seen, this one isn't a stout. It's an amber ale. The cherry is pronounced but not overwhelming.

Bob Renner reports that the current pumpkin beer on tap, Wild Goose Pumpkin Patch, is one of the best of the year's seemlingly endless procession of pumpkin beers. I haven't had it yet, but will rectify that before today is over.

New Food Items
Pat is working on our winter food menu. Several new items are up on the chalkboard, including Pepperoni Pizza Steak, Surf and Turf Cheese Steak, and Mushroom Swiss Steak.

The Mushroom Swiss Steak is deliciously self-explanatory.

Our Pepperoni Pizza Steak includes steak, pepperoni, bruschetta, and smoked mozzarella. We made one for Matt of Sweet Lucy's last night at Taste of Northeast Philly. He loved it.

People are already talking about our Surf and Turf Cheese Steak, which features marinated shrimp as the surf part.
