Draft Beer Update
Tomorrow starts a new week of Beer Season. The next beer of the week will be Dogfish Head Chicory Stout, which is on a day early. It replaced Stevens Point St. Benedict's Winter Ale. We ordered two quarter barrrels of St. Benedicts, with the plan to run them as one 1/2 barrel (1/4 + 1/4 = 1/2). But needing to get four beers tapped before Wednesday, we had to amend that plan. The other quarter barrel of St. Benedicts will get tapped this coming week.
Dock Street Amarillo Pale Ale kicked. We are leaving that line open for a day or two, when we'll tap Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA as part of our 120 on 1/20, which is Wednesday. Besides tapping Dogfish Head's 120 Minute IPA, like we usually do on January 20, we'll also have Dogfish Head 60 and 90 Minute IPAs on tap.
