No Quizzo on Wednesday
Quizmaster Barry has a personal thing on Wednesday, so no Quizzo this week. He'll be back next Wednesday with 40 questions.
Munich in Mayfair on Thursday
This Thursday, it's time for another of our popular Munich in Mayfair Nights. Chef Jason will have some German food specials. The featured beer will be Spaten Optimator, a classic German doppelbock. The Spaten folks will have goodies. 6pm to 8pm.
Draft Beer Update
Harpoon Island Creek Oyster Stout replaced Furthermore Oscura. This is an authentic oyster stout, which means its made with real oysters thrown into the boil. The oysters impart minerals that affect the taste of the beer. If you are allergic to shellfish, you should probably avoid this one. Some oyster stouts we have had on tap over the years have been incredible. I can't wait to try this one.
