Draft Beer Update:
Boaks Two Blind Monks replaced Brew Dog Punk IPA. As is always the case here at the Grey Lodge, a great IPA did not last long. In its place for tonights Boaks event is Boaks Two Blind Monks, a Belgian Dubbel, a style that originated in the monasteries in the Middle Ages. This beer is rich, malty and raisiny with a touch of caramel flavor.
Boaks Double BW replaced Sierra Nevada Summerfest. Boaks Double BW, also on for tonight, is a Belgian Wheat Beer with an Asian flair. In designing this beer they were looking for a beer that would be refreshing with seafood, spicy food or a vegetarian meal. Hmmm, sounds like it would go great with anything on our new summer menu.
6PM Update:
We had to untap the Sierra Nevada Fritz and Ken's Ale (sixtel) and the Sierra Nevada Charlie, Fred, & Ken's Lager (sixtel) to make room for the Duck Rabbit Brown and Duck Rabbit Milk Stout for tonights second event. The Sierra beers will make a return appearance, as will the other untapped beers, in the coming week(s). So Keep checking back with us because the lines should be changing daily.
