Happy St. Jean-Baptiste Day!
We are celebrating the provincial holiday of Quebec with 4 Unibroue beers, 2 on tap and 2 in bottles. The drafts are Ephemere Apple and La Terrible. The bottles are Chambly Noir and Don de Dieu. These are four seriously great beers, so why not celebrate St. John the Baptist's feast day with us?
Draft Beer Update
Philadelphia Newbold IPA replaced Breckenridge SummerBright. Philly reformulated Newbold, so those of you hopheads who thought it wasn't hoppy enough may wish to give it another go.
Here's one our hopheads are sure to love, Russian River Registration Ale, which replaced Port Shark Attack. This latest in Russian River's "-ation" series was brewed especially for Philly Beer Week. It's super dry hopped.
Just in time for St. Jean-Bapiste Day, which is the provincial holiday of Quebec, we have tapped a 1/4 barrel of Unibroue Ephemere and a sixtel of Unibroue La Terrible. Ephmere is an apple beer, and Le Terrible is a Belgian abbey style ale that clocks in at 11%. It's based on Chimay Blue. These replaced Allagash Burnham Road and Uerige Sticke.
