Due to rain, tonight's Tommy Conwell concert at Disston Rec has been postponed until Sept 8th.


Draft Beer Update
Yards Cape of Good Hope IPA replaced Manayunk California Dreamin. Cape of Good Hope, an Imperial (as opposed to an India) Pale Ale, is a once in whenever sort of beer for Yards. Cape of Good Hope is a little higher in octane than Yards's regular IPA, over 8% ABV rather than 7%. Besides the malt bill, I would expect the hops are a bit different too. This is the second time they have brewed it. We have another half due in next week. But once this one and that one are gone, Cape of Good Hope is gone for who knows how long.
