This Week
Tuesday - Sssh!!.. this is just for folks like you who read our blog, tweets, Facebook updates, etc. Whiny the Unger should be arriving today. We'll tap it on Tuesday at 8pm. We are going to tap this bad boy as fast as possible, which is the day after it arrives, since those hops ain't getting any fresher.


Wednesday -  As usual, it's Quizzo. This week's Quizmaster is Quizmaster Chris3. 8pm on our 2nd floor

Saturday - Join us in welcoming Brian Boak to the Grey Lodge to celebrate the 4th Anniversary of Boaks Brewing Company. Boaks is one of the region's greatest little breweries. They don't actually have their own brewery, but brew out of two other local breweries. It works! Their Belgian beers are spot on. You know the region is a great beer region when breweries like Boaks are around. We will celebrate by putting on tap all the Boaks beer we can find. It's an anniversary, and you can't have one of those without cake, so we'll have cake too. We will have Double BW, Monster Mash, Two Blind Monks, and Wooden Beanie on tap. 7pm - 9pm.


Draft Beer Update
Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA replaced Firestone Walker Union Jack IPA. If you are like me, you don't drink enough 60 Minute IPA. This week, we can change that.

The final 2011-12 Beer Season beer of the week, Kostritzer, replaced itself. Shirts should be ready in about two weeks.

Brooklyn Mary's Maple Porter replaced Sierra Nevada Porter. This is one I have been waiting for. I can't wait to try it and I have been waiting several weeks now.

Dock Street Sexy Beast replaced Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout. Sexy Beast is yet another chocolate stout for what seems to be the season for chocolate stouts (that's a good thing). This beer used to be called Sexual Chocolate, but another brewery, Foothills I think, already was using that name. I like the name Sexy Beast better anyway.
