Dogfish Head Aprihop and Troegs Nugget Nectar both kicked last night. Replacing them are a pair of IPAs, Manayunk Black Eye PA and Sixpoint Resin IPA.
Manayunk Black Eye PA is a black IPA. If I recall correctly from last year when I last had it, Black Eye was the right amount of citrus flavor that I expect from an IPA but that many black IPAs fail to deliver.
Sixpoint Resin is a 9% double IPA. I had a short one last night. It's hoppy alright. Not in dry hopped ending flavor/aroma sort of way but in a hops totally integrated into the beer at every level sort of way. If that makes sense.
Weyerbacher Uniform (sixtel) replaced Otter Creek 20th Anniversary Ale. Weyerbacher Uniform is an IPA meets German Weiss beer. Sounds delicious.
