Getting Heavy with Green Flash's Chuck Silva
The Grey Lodge was one of, if not the first place to pour Green Flash when they came into Philly oh so many years ago. We still do.

We will have a bunch of beer on tap, and some in their newer very heavy bottles.

Who Put Hops in My Cider?.. I want to thank them
20 sixtels of Woodchuck Mt. Hood Cider, a dry hopped cider, are coming into the Philly area. We are getting three of them. This might be great news for those suffering from Celiac as cider is gluten free.

Also 1 Woodchuck president is coming into Philly for Philly Beer Week. We got him too. Bret Williams will joining us for a meet and greet. He will have goodies too.

Accompanying Bret will be Woodchuck's Cider Master John Matson. This will be a good time to ask them what other tricks they have up their sleeves.

On Tap:
Woodchuck Belgian White Cider - a cider made like a witbier, with Belgian yeast, corriander, and orange rind.
Woodchuck Spring Cider - a Vermont cider made with Vermont maple syrup. And just the right amount too.
Woodchuck Mt. Hood Cider - a dry-hopped cider
Woodchuck Crisp Cider - a lower ABV, lower calorie cider. Lower calories but full flavor.

This is a great opportunity to meet Bret and talk to him about cider.

This will also be a great opportunity for us beer lovers to find out what we've been missing. They started doing cool stuff to cider while we weren't paying attention.
