Draft Beer Update:

Kicked:
Victory Harvest Ale, Ommegang Scythe and Sickle Harvest Ale, Abita Pecan Harvest Ale.

Untapped and to return:
Lancaster Shoo Fly Porter, Philadelphia Walt Wit, Long Trail Harvest Ale, Dock Street Rye IPA-Fresh Hop, Sixpoint Autumnnation, Sierra Nevada Northern Hemisphere.

Tapped:
Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA. Their flagship beer.

Dogfish Head Faithfull Ale. A Belgian style golden ale brewed in celebration of Pearl Jam's debut album, Twenty.

Dogfish Head Noble Rot. A sort of Saison, fermented with Botrytis-infected Viognier and Pinot Gris grapes.

Dogfish Head Sah'Tea. This Ancient Ale is a modern take on a 9th-century Finnish beer.
In addition to juniper berries foraged from the Finnish countryside, Sah'tea is flavored with black tea, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and black pepper.

Dogfish Head Saison du Buff. A collaboration between Dogfish, Stone and Victory, it is a Saison brewed with parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme.

Dogfish Head Ta Henket. This beer was created to incorporate the ancient ingredients and techniques described in Egyptian hieroglyphics.

Dogfish Head Theobroma. This Ancient Ale is based on chemical analysis of pottery fragments found in Honduras that revealed the earliest known alcoholic chocolate drink used by early civilizations to toast special occasions.

Dogfish Head URKontinent. URKontinent is brewed in the style of a Belgian Dubbel. It begins with Pilsner, Munich and Chocolate Malts and Belgian Dark Candi syrup. Then we add unique ingredients from around the world. Wattleseed from Australia imparts a chocolate, coffee, and hazelnut taste to the beer. Toasted Amaranth from South America gives it an earthy, grainy flavor and a little additional roast flavor. Green Rooibos from Africa contributes a floral aroma and slight astringency. Myrica Gale from Europe supplements the bitterness from minimal hopping. Hive Plex Honey from California adds a subtle sweetness while maintaining the dry finish.

Dogfish Head 2011 World Wide Stout. Brewed with a ridiculous amount of barley, World Wide Stout is dark, rich, roasty and complex. This Ageable Ale clocks in at 15-20% ABV and has a depth more in line with a fine port than with a can of cheap, mass-marketed beer.

7:26 update: Dogfish Head Punkin Ale replaced itself.
