Draft Beer Update:

Appalachian Volks Weizen Bock replaced Allagash White. It is malty like a bock bier with the tangy, spiciness of the Hefe Weizen.

Manayunk St. Alpha Belgian IPA replaced Brooklyn Winter Ale. Belgian IPA. A hybrid of two different styles, our Belgian IPA contains ingredients from both sides of the pond. Aromas of apricot and banana from the Belgian yeast combine with the piney, citrusy aroma of American hops to create a wonderfully complex bouquet.

Dogfish 120 Minute IPA replaced Dupont Avec les Bons Voeux. It is continuously hopped for two hours with high-alpha American hops, then dry-hopped daily in the fermenter for a month and aged for another month on whole-leaf hops! This is on for 120 on 1/20 and should last most of the day and night.

Stoudts Pils replaced Penn Nut Roll Ale. Another great traditional European Pilsener from Adamstown, PA.
