Draft Beer Update
Two Sixpoints go off, Sixpoint Redd Ale and Sixpoint Bengali Tiger IPA, and two Old Forges go on. Old Forge Overbite IPA and Old Forge The Eleven Cascadian Dark Ale. Overbite is a West Coast style IPA. The Eleven is a Northwest style dark IPA. Two more hopbombs from Old Forge will join these tomorrow for Old Forge Hammers Out the Hops.

Manayunk ALTercation replaced Philadelphia Kilty Pleasure. Alternation is a Dosseldorf style dark ale. The interesting thing about the altbiers is the yeast, which while being a quicker acting top fermenting ale yeast, works at cooler temperatures like a bottom fermenting lager yeast. The upside is you get lager mellowness but in a shorter amount of time.
