Food Specials and Happenings in the Kitchen



Hot roast beef sandwich with fried onions, provolone cheese, and horseradish mayo.  Served with a side of french fries.

Balsamic marinated "bruschetta" chicken sandwich on ciabatta bread.  served with a side of french fries.

Seared pork loin with white rice, roasted butternut squash, garlic sauteed spinach, and rosemary gravy.

Fluke filet stuffed with crab meat.  Served with fettucini in a white wine butter sauce, tomato, mushroom, and baby carrots.


We had a very eventful "taco" Tuesday here at the Grey Lodge, as Scoats revealed a keg of Russian River Pliney The Younger which was kicked in a matter of hours.  Thanks to all that came out to enjoy a great beer.  No events this week to speak of, but there are plenty of  things on the horizon.  Next week we will have Pi(e) Day, a day where we highlight all of the wondrous things that can be put inside of a pie crust.  We plan on having both desert and savory pies that will include: Chicken dumpling pot pie, Guinness braised beef pie, Seafood gumbo pie, Mixed berry pie, and Turtle pie (not the animal, the desert).  We also have St. Patrick's Day coming up when we are offering some Irish themed brunch specials.
