Draft Beer Update:
Yards Black Rye IPA replaced itself.
Dock Street Prince Myshkin Imperial Stout replaced 21st Amendment Marooned on Hog Island. Brewed with a large percentage of roasted and chocolate malts, this huge beer is then aged on oak chips.
We now have a short but sweet cocktail menu, for those that prefer liquor over beer. We believe it is as good as our beer selection, so give one a try. Here is the list and a description of each drink.
Tomahawk Tea-black tea w/ fresh blueberries, bourbon and rose wine.
French Martini-pineapple juice, vodka and black raspberry liquer.
Cilantro-Cucumber Cocktail-fresh cilantro-cucumber simple syrup, seltzer water and a choice of rum or gin. Each liquor contributes its own flavor profile with rum giving it flavors of melon and the gin an herbal flavor.
Blood Orange Tonic-citrus vodka, blood orange puree and tonic water.
Tequila Smash-tequila, lemon and fresh sage infused honey syrup.
7pm Update:
Great Lakes Alchemy Hour Double IPA replaced Founders All Day IPA. Alchemy Hour is some surfing term and you already know what a double IPA is, so enjoy but do not drink and surf.
Sprecher Winter replaced Bear Republic Double Aught Bohemian Pilsner. Sprecher Winter brew is a Munich style dunkel bock.
Sly Fox Seamus Irish Red replaced Yards Black Rye IPA. On for the St. Patrick's Day weekend, Sly Fox Seamus Irish Red is an Irish-style red ale.
