This Week at The Grey Lodge

Today is the only day of the year that is also a command. While you are thinking about that, I'll tell you what we got in store this week.

Beer Season is over and the shirts are here.

Tuesday, it's Taco Tuesday, when Chef Dave has two tasty taco options to choose from. We will also be Praising the Yurt at 6pm, whatever that means. Man, who comes up with this stuff?

Wednesday is Quizzo with Quizmaster Pete. As usual, Quizzo is at 8pm on our 2nd floor.

On Saturday and Sunday, we serve for Brunch from 10am to 3pm. Bring a bunch of friends or just your sweetie or both.

Draft Beer Update

Kicked: Sixpoint Mad Scientists #12 Goser the Gozerian (sixtel), Russian River Blind Pig, Allagash White, Firestone Walker Velvet Merlin, Naked Brewing Carpe Noctem Black IPA.

Tapped:

Dogfish Head 2011 Black and Red - this chocolaty and minty beer is back for one final running.

Free Will 10W Porter - a solid porter from Free Will, who just celebrated their first anniversary. Free Will is doing some great things up in Perkesie.

Victory Biere De Garden - this Belgian style saison was a one and done test batch for their new Swing Session Saision, which will be replacing Whirlwind Wit. Expect it to be herbal, probably like Saison du BUFF, which is one of my favorite beers.

Flying Fish Red Fish - Flying Fish is finally settled in their new brewery and the beer is flowing again. First up this hoppy and malty red ale. What beer should be.

Troegs Dream Weaver Wheat - Troegs's hefeweizen is always a welcome sight on our draft lines. Troegs always does it right. This beer is just further evidence of that.
