Food Specials



3 cheese plate: Cahill porter cheddar, chimay biere, and ewephoria aged gouda served with fig jam, toasted pecans, citrus marinated cucumber, truffle honey, and toast points

Hickory smoked BBQ baby back ribs with french fries

"Triple pig": Hot Italian sausage stuffed pork loin wrapped in bacon.  Served with rice and beans, pico di gallo, and chipotle cream

Seared duck breast with stir fry of rice noodles, bell peppers, bok choy, and a seasame/soy pesto

Mango panna cotta with bourbon caramel, dulce de leche, and whipped cream


Tacos:

Pork tacos with sofrito, fresh pico de gallo, and sour cream

Chicken tacos with beans, rice, and chipotle cream
