Draft Beer Update

21st Amendment Hell or High Watermelon Wheat replaced Manayunk Hidden River Wit. Hell or High Watermelon is the hot beer of the moment. This is our 5th of 6 kegs will have for 2013. Enjoy it while it lasts, it won't last long. But then we still have one more after that.

Lagunitas Fusion 16 replaced Lancaster Gold Star Pilsner. I think this may be the first Fusion we have gotten from Lagunitas. Clocking in at just 4.9%, this beer is a fusion (hence the name) of Sucks, Pale Ale, Little Sumpin' Sumpin and Daytime. Several types of grains are used to lighten the body and increase session-ability (oats, rye, wheat). Dry-hopped with Amarillo, Centennial and Simcoe. I think I will have one of these tonight. Sounds delish.

Great Lakes Rye of the Tiger replaced Sierra Nevada Southern Hemisphere. Great Lakes is a great brewery. Rye of the Tiger is a rye IPA. The deal with rye is that it doesn't really have much flavor in and of itself, but it helps bring out the bitterness of the hops, effectively making a hoppier IPA.
