Draft Beer Update:
Kicked:
Sam Adams The Golden Yuzu, Yards ESA.
Untapped:
Free Will Danae, Summit Winter, Boulder Sweaty Betty.
Tapped:
Allagash Confluence, created with a mixed fermentation; utilizing their house primary Belgian style yeast in combination with their proprietary Brettanomyces strain. The two yeast strains work in tandem creating a marriage between spice and fruit flavors that ultimately leave a lingering silky mouth feel.
Allagash Fluxus 2013, brewed differently every year to commemorate their anniversary, 2013's Fluxus is a porter brewed with a blend of 2-row, coffee and chocolate malts with blood orange pulp and zest.
Allagash Hugh Malone, this 8.5 % ABV ale has a malty palate, pronounced bitterness and a pleasant dry, hoppy finish.
Allagash Saison, their interpretation of a classic Belgian farmhouse style.
Allagash White, their interpretation of a traditional Belgian wheat beer.
8PM Update:
Allagash James Bean replaced Allagash Fluxus. We had a problem with the Fluxus so in its place is James Bean, their bourbon barrel aged Tripel (Curieux), with cold pressed coffee added.
