Draft Beer Update:
Evil Genius Hop King Imperial IPA replaced Susquehanna Hopfive IPA. A limited single batch release. Their first Imperial IPA blends together the sweet and juicy Amarillo and Citra, with the delicious pine notes of Simcoe, a combination of the three most sought after hop varieties.

6:30pm Update: The sixtel of Unibroue La Terrible didn't last long. I'm glad I got a taste of it on Monday. Replacing it is a sixtel of Allagash Four. Allagash describes this 10% beers as "a one-of-a-kind ale made from four malts, four varieties of hops, four natural sugars, and it's fermented – that's right – four times". It's a quad, which is why they call it Four and do all that four stuff (which we totally get and dig on). We probably should have held this one for Quad Day, but we'll easy have four quads for 04/04 so why wait?
