Happy Fourth of July! It's a beautiful night to celebrate being American. And what better way than with independently brewed American beer?
Draft Beer Update
On our session beer line, Dogfish Head Festina Peche replaced Philadelphia Kenzinger. Festina is a Berliner Weisse, which is a sour style wheat beer, whose sourness is balanced out by peaches. This is a great beer. This is the 2nd of 4th kegs will be tapping this year. This one always kicks quick.
On our IPA line, the ever-popular Sixpoint Bengali Tiger IPA replaced St. Benjamin Hopligation IPA
Sly Fox Grisette, a spring seasonal sasion, replaced Free Will Sputnik 32 Pilsner. Grisette is based on the beers made back in the 1800s for the working people of Southern Belgium, which is French speaking.
