Draft Beer Update:

Evil Genius Evil Eye PA replaced Troegs Perpetual IPA. A West Coast style IPA, made with Centennial and Summit hops is sure to appeal to IPA lovers everywhere.

Victory Brotherly Suds 5 replaced Victory Hop Ticket #3 Dry Hopped Pils. This year’s Philly Beer Week Beer, Brotherly Suds Volume 5, was created collectively by brewers from Iron Hill Brewing, Earth – Bread + Brewery, Flying Fish Brewing Company, Nodding Head Brewery and Victory Brewing Company and brewed at our own brewery right here in Downingtown. Following our established tradition of collaborations that highlight the strengths of the host brewery, this year’s Sudsy Bros came together with ideas and energy early so that a well-conditioned lager beer could be brewed. On April 4, we brewed a brilliant golden bock, properly seasoned with all German varieties of whole flower hops. This year’s Brotherly Suds honors our home of Philadelphia, the first city in the US to have embraced lager brewing.

Unibroue Raftman replaced St. Benjamin Smoked Amber. A smoked ale that is brewed with whiskey malt in honour of the raftmen, rivermen and lumberjacks of Québec of the 19th century who finished their day with Ale and Whiskey.

6pm Update:

Evil Genius The Siren replaced Weyerbacher White Sun Wit. A white IPA.

Evil Genius Hop King Imperial IPA replaced Port Brewing Summer Pale Ale. An Imperial IPA made with Citra, Simcoe and Amarillo hops.
