This Week at the Grey Lodge

Taco Tuesday: Tuesday is Taco Tuesday from 5pm to midnight. Our kitchen krew comes up with three different tacos every week. Tacos are 3 for $8, mix and match as you like. The current week's selections are updated here every Tuesday afternoon.

Quizzo: Wednesday we have Quizzo at 8pm. This week's Quizmaster is Alison. As usual Quizzo will be on our 2nd floor.

Friday is a  2-fer. It's the Dog Days of Summer with Lagunitas. Bring your furry best friend to hang out with outside in our sidewalk cafe. We will have raffles to benefit the Women's Humane Society. Friday is also another our Meet the Author Nights. This time Mayfair author Lewis Brown will be selling and signing copies of his mystery novel Dianna Doll. Lagunitas is 6pm to 9pm. Lewis Brown will be with us from 7pm to 9pm.

Weekend Brunch: Saturday and Sunday, we serve Brunch from 10am to 3pm. In addition to our regular brunch menu, Big Dan has a brunch special every weekend. Our regular menu is available too.

Draft Beer Update

On line 10, our big beer line, 21st Amendment Hop Crisis (sixtel) replaced Heavy Seas Plank III (sixtel). Hop Crisis is a big triple IPA with a crazy amount of hops. Big ABV means small pours for this one.
On line 1, our wheat beer line, Philadelphia Walt Wit replaced Free Will Sputnik 29 Mango Wheat. Walt Wit is a super popular Belgian style witbier from Kenzington. One of the rare crossover beers that everyone, beer geek and nongeek alike, loves, this one won't last long.

Sly Fox Dad Vail Pale Ale replaced Flying Fish Red Fish. This pale ale was brewed for our city's Dad Vail Regatta. This one differs from other Sly Fox Pale Ales by having a lot of citrusy notes. At 5.3% ABV, it's pretty easy drinking too.

On line 2, our black beer line, Free Will 10W Porter replaced Penn Chocolate Meltdown Stout. For some reason porters and stouts haven't been appealing to me for a few years now. They used to be my favorite beers. This one at 4.5% ABV that's malty with chocolaty notes definitely is calling out me. I can't wait to have one or three.
