On our lager line, Pizza Boy Citra Pils replaced High Noon Lewis & Clark Lager. This is a rare one. Pizza Boy doesn't make a lot of beer and most of it gets served in their brewpub, which is called Al's of Hampden. Yeah I don't know. What I do know is that their brewer is now Terry Hawbaker, who did great things at Bullfrog before he was lured into the Farmers Cabinet black hole. Happily Terry is back in the orbit of Central PA and happily we have this 4% lager, which would seem to imply it is single hopped with Citra. When (if?) I get done work, I will be treating myself to one of those ASAP.

Draft Beer Update
