This Week at the Grey Lodge

Taco Tuesday: Tuesday is Taco Tuesday from 5pm to midnight. Our kitchen krew comes up with three different tacos every week. Tacos are 3 for $8, mix and match as you like. The current week's selections are updated here every Tuesday afternoon.

Quizzo: Wednesday we have Quizzo at 8pm. This week's Quizmaster is Alison with a General Quizzo. As usual Quizzo will be on our 2nd floor.

Friday is Halloween and we will be hosting a Halloween Party with Round Guys from 6pm to 9pm. We know you probably got invited to a Halloween Party or two, but you can do both! Stop by and see us, maybe win a prize, then hit the party after, or just stay with us.

We will have prizes for:
- best costume, this is obvious
- lamest costume, like the pope costume pictured. We respect lame. Whoever can take lame to the highest level will win this prize.
- stupittest "sexy" costume, "sexy" costumes used to mean French maids, etc. Then it got nutty with stuff like Sexy Cookie Monster (yeah that's a thing). Anywho whoever has the stupittest sexy costume will win this prize.

Weekend Brunch: Saturday and Sunday, we serve Brunch from 10am to 3pm. In addition to our regular brunch menu, Big Dan has a brunch special every weekend. Our regular menu is available too.

On Saturday night, we will be donating food and staff for Taste of the Neighborhoods at St. Tim's.

Draft Beer Update

On our beer engine, Breckenridge Vanilla Porter replaced Troegs Hop Knife. This is a tasty vanilla porter from Denver CO that should be especially nice through the hand pump.

Manayunk Vista Harvest Ale replaced the sixtel of Free Will Ralphius. Vista Harvest is a "wet-hopped" harvest ale, which means it uses freshly picked hops. This is a true seasonal beer and can only be made during a short time of the year when the hops are harvested.

On our wheat beer line, Lancaster Hefeweizen replaced Troegs Dream Weaver Wheat. Lancaster's brewmaster Bill Moore has long specialized in German style beers, so you know this will be a great one.

On our IPA line, Sly Fox Route 113 IPA replaced Free Will Techno IPA. 113 is one of those old school IPAs that was considered crazy hoppy when it first came out eons ago, but somewhere along the way got forgotten for other even crazier IPAs. This is a shame as 113 is one of my favorite IPAs.
