Draft Beer Update

Kicked: St. Benjamin Bonne Annee (sixtel), Round Guys Kiss Off IPA, Victory Sunset Dunkelweizen, Ithaca Embrr Rye Porter, Breckenridge Christmas Ale, Chimay Red (sixtel).

Tapped:

Abita Legendary Gator (quarter) - we tried to get Andy Gator but Legendary Gator showed up instead. But no worries, this looks interesting too. Legendary Gator is a triple helles bock that weighs in at 8% ABV.

Ithaca Embrr Rye Porter - this is the current Beer Season beer of the week. It replaced itself. I had been avoiding black beers for a few years now. Not really sure why. This one was so good that I had two on Friday. I even stayed a little late to lose another game of darts. A tasty porter that is nice hoppy. The rye accentuates the hops. This one's  a real winner.

Ballantine IPA - no matter what the brand name is, this is a tasty IPA which a lot of craft has been put into.

Anchor Winter Wheat - this is a new one from Anchor. This is pleasant surprise; it is a dunkelwiezen. Dunkelweizen is a Bavarian style dark wheat beer that is hard to find both in Bavaria and here in the USA. One of my favorite styles, I can't wait to drink some.

Dupont Avec les Bons Voeux (sixtel) - Dupont's legendary Christmas beer. The name means their very best. It is also their very most expensive.
