Food Specials


Korean Pulled Pork Hoagie with kimchi slaw, cucumber, arugula, and spicy sambal-raisin bbq. Served with black trumpet polenta fries. -$11

Muffuletta- Salami, hot capicola, provolone,
olive relish, and chervil truffle spread on ciabatta. Served with a side of fries. -$11

Molasses Brined Pork Loin with braised celery, mashed potatoes, and mustard jus. -$14
