Philosophical approach to coaching youth baseball, told by the owner and head instructor of Main Line Baseball Academy. John Flagler, who developed his approach through years of experience in the field of education, carefully crafted his approach with his business partner and friend, George Halter. John and George take a holistic approach to coaching youth baseball, emphasizing that the experiences children have in youth sports are formative; coaches must teach positivity, mindfulness and camaraderie.
