Draft Beer Update
We are catching up from the madhouse of having 5 Dogfish Head sixtels and 1 half on tap. 2 of the sixtels kicked, the other three are unlikely to last the night. And the DFH half kicked too.

Kicked:
2010 Dogfish Head Red and White (sixtel)
Dogfish Head Sah'Tea (sixtel)
Sixpoint Berzerker Bock (sixtel)
Dogfish Head Aprihop
Cigar City Jai Alai IPA
Philadelphia Walt Wit
Philadelphia Rowhouse Red

Tapped:
Victory Yakima Glory - this is Victory's dark IPA. It started off as an irregular beer, become a regular and got a new name.

Lost Abbey Serpent Stout is back. This is a huge 11% ABV Belgian influenced stout. We also have Port Midnight Expression on tap, which is a black lager made with by reusing the huge amount of malt required for an 11% stout. When you reuse cooked malt that hasn't been fully utlitized, it is called a second running. So we have beers from both the first and second runnings.

Cigar City Maduro - We in Philly got lucky to get Cigar City before they really lit up (pun intended). Now we don't get so much. We managed to score three Cigar City barrels. Jai Lai IPA has already kicked and Patio Tools is being saved for St. Pat's; it's a dry stout. In the mean time, we have Maduro, a really wonderful oatmeal brown ale. Attention Army John!

another Dogfish Head Aprihop - We got 3 halves of Aprihop. The first flew out of here last night so not wanting to disappoint our Dogfish Head fans we tapped this 2nd one. And we have a 3rd that we'll break out later next week. We'll try to get more next week, but we aren't holding our breathes.

Brooklynner Weisse - This is one of my all time favorite wheat beers. We know we have a lot of wheat beer fans here so this one won't last long.

Dock Street Rye IPA - one of the current flagships for the revived Dock Street. They made a good choice; this is a great beer.

More changes:

Sorry to say but the Port Midnight Expressions has kicked so you will not have the chance to compare it with the Lost Abbey Serpents Stout. In its place is Sprecher Special Amber which is a medium bodied German style lager.

Russian River Redemption replaced Dogfish Head Burton Baton. Russian River Redemption is a rarely brewed Belgian single.
