The remaining 4 Sixpoint beers for tonight's Sixpoint 601 on 06/01 have been tapped.
Two kicked, Twin Lakes Rte 52 Pils (quarter barrel) and Sly Fox Peggy Maibock. Two were untapped, Weyerbacher Papa and Yuengling Bock Beer, and waiting to go back on.
Tapped were:
Sixpoint Bengali Tiger IPA (sixtel) - this one always kicks fast. This time we could only get a sixtel, so it should go extra fast.
Sixpoint Diesel Stout - this stout is making its Grey Lodge debut.
Sixpoint Righteous Ale - this nice hoppy rye beer was the first Sixpoint to be tapped at the Grey Lodge and at that same time the first Sixpoint beer to be tapped in Philadelphia.
Sixpoint Sweet Action (sixtel) - this one is a cream ale. I don't recall having had this one before and I'm looking forward to trying it.
Philly Beer Week in the Neast
Grey Lodge and Hop Angel are going all out for Philly Beer Week, which starts on Friday. We now have events for both in one place sorted by day. We hope to see you at some of the events.
