The idea of a crepe parfait came to me while thinking about the classic flavor combination of a waffle with whipped cream and strawberries. The honey and yogurt give the whipped filling a refreshing tang that pairs well with the fruit and granola. A perfectly refreshing way to start a hot spring day.
