Tapped: cask-conditioned Cricket Hill Colonel Blide's Bitter and Philadelphia Walt Wit

Tonight we tapped a cask of Cricket Hill Colonel Blide's Bitter on our handpump.

Blide's is the first of many New Jersey beers which will be on tap for this Sunday's New Jersey Breweries Beer Brunch with Lew Bryson and Mark Haynie, who will be selling and signing their new book, which not coincidentally happens to be called New Jersey Breweries and is about New Jersey breweries.

When I wasn't looking, Philadelphia Walt Wit replaced Philadelphia Rowhouse Red. Those barrels can be sneaky that way.
