Current Food Specials

All the specials from earlier this week have sold out, so we have loads of new ones for the weekend. Man, so many great choices for dinner tonight.
  • Curry Fries, an Irish staple soon to be a regular menu item. $3.75
  • Pulled Pork Sandwich, served with a spicy Bear Republic Black Mamba BBQ sauce, and buttermilk cole slaw on the side. $9.95
  • Crispy Duck Leg brushed with Philadelphia Walt Wit glaze, served with a potato cake. $8.95
  • Mussels with Fennel, goat cheese and tomato. Cooked in Boaks Two Blind Monks. $8.95
  • Fried Spicy Catfish, marinated in Elysian IPA with roasted shallot mayo. $7.95
  • Fall Salad, mescaline greens, tomato, toasted almonds, roasted butternut squash, with Weyerbacher Imperial Pumpkin vinaigrette. $7.95

Hey, Scoats. I hate to sound like a pain-in-the-ass editor-type but I simply have to point this out:

I think you mean "mesclun" salad for the new menu item (which sounds awesome, BTW).

What you have now is "mescaline," which is defined as: a hallucinatory crystalline alkaloid C11H17NO3 that is the chief active principle in peyote buttons

Now that would be some menu special!!
