Thanks to everyone who came out last night for the 2010 Troegs Mad Elf Night. We kicked both years of Mad Elf and the sixtel of Scratch # 37 by 10pm and are currently half way through the second keg of 2010 Mad Elf.
Draft Beer Update:
Coronado Red Devil replaced 2009 Troegs Mad Elf. Coronado Red Devil is a double dose of their Mermaids Red, which means they doubled up on the ingredients.
2010 Troegs Mad Elf replaced itself. Not to surprisingly, both years of Troegs Mad Elf kicked rather early. For that reason , we decided to put the 2010 Troegs Mad Elf on back to back. We still have two more to get tapped sometime before the Christmas Season is up.
Long Trail Centenial Red replaced Troegs Scratch #37. There is no description for this beer, but I will go out on a limb and say it is red and strong.
Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale replaced Saranac Seasons Best. An old Grey Lodge favorite is back. Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale is a hoppy holiday season beer. It probably won't last to long but fear not, we have a second keg just itching to be tapped.
