Xmas in July was a very jolly time. 15.5 gallons of Mad Elf went like that! We still have some Sly Fox Xmas and Great Lakes Xmas on tap, if you missed them last night. One of the other standout beers from last night was Long Trail Hibernator. Mmmm... I could hibernate happily with that one.
Replacing the Elf was Great Lakes Erie Monster. Erie Monster is a super high octane double IPA, which means with 21st Amendment Hop Crisis, we have two of those on tap right now. I don't think too many people will mind.
Deschutes Mirror Pond Pale Ale replaced target="_blank">Deschutes Inversion IPA. Mirror Pond is our last of 4 Deschutes in a row. Next we are going to do a run of Duck Rabbits, about 4 to 6 different ones. Duck Rabbit's Milk Stout is one of the best beers I've ever had. I want to try more of their line-up, so we will be doing a run of Duck Rabbits, Milk Stout, Doppelbock, Schwarbier, Porter, Amber and Brown in some order.
