Draft Beer Update:

Peak Summer Session replaced Flying Fish Farmhouse. Peak Organic Summer Session Ale is a traditional summer wheat beer marries a west coast Pale ale. Brewed with locally grown wheat, providing a complex mouthfeel, and single-hopped and generously dry-hopped with Amarillo, creating a glorious citrusy aroma and finish.

Duck Rabbit Doppelbock replaced Ballast Point Sculpin. Duck-Rabbitor is made with over 50% Munich malt and is hopped exclusively with Hallertaur hops. After fermentation the beer was lagered for 14 weeks prior to filtration. This beer is a malt lovers dream, with its full body and creamy mouthfeel.

At 5pm, we will tap this month's Jodi's Firkin. Every month Jodi from Stoudts brews up a special firkin for us which we tap on the third Friday.

This month we have a firkin of Sour Cherry Kolsch. The cherries, from Lancaster County, were picked by Carol Stoudt herself.

We also will be giving you some fresh, local tomatoes straight from Scoat's garden in today's soup of the day which is Tomato Basil Seafood Soup.
