Pi(e) Day Wrap Up
Man! Pi(e) Day wound up getting a nice crowd for it. Whoddathunk there would be so many fellow nerds.

Our Pi Contest winner recited Pi out to 130 places!

The pies came out awesome! Huge props to our kitchen crew. We still have a few left over, so why not have one for lunch or dinner today?  We have Beef, Chicken, Fish, or Veggie Pot Pies for just $8. Brownie pie is $3.

Mark your calendars (or subscribe to our public Google Calendar), Jesse from Yards and I are really going to do it up Pi(e) Day for 2013.

Draft Beer Update
For Pi(e) Day we tapped 3 very special and rare beers from Yards.

We tapped a firkin of Yards Vanilla Love Stout for Pi(e) Day last night. It's a great beer. The vanilla is evident but subtle.

We also broke out a sixtel of Yards Entire Porter. This is a throwback from the early days of Yards. This beer is made the really old fashioned way, by blending a Dark Mild with an Imperial Porter.

And finally we tapped a sixtel of Yards Bourbon Barrel Love Stout. Just like with the vanilla, the added bourbon barrel flavor is just right.

We had to untap Philly Kilty Pleasure and Boxcar Long Winters Night to make room. Like the Terminator, they will be back.
