Kicked:Neshaminy Creek County Line IPA (sixtel), Neshaminy Creek Mudbank Milk Stout (sixtel), Neshaminy Creek Tribute Belgian Tripel (sixtel), Dogfish Head Black Lodge (sixtel), two Dogfish Head White Lodge (sixtels), Dogfish Head Grey Lodge (sixtel), and River Horse Hopalotamus (pin).
All the Neshaminy Creek beers kicked last night. That's a good sign for this very new brewery. I didn't even get to try any. Guess we will have to order some more.
Tapped:
another Dogfish Head Black Lodge (sixtel)
and another Dogfish Head Grey Lodge (sixtel) - All three Dogfish Head Lodge beers turned over quickly last night. We still a little left in the second sixtels of Black and Grey. All three are delicious in very different ways. As for White Lodge, you will have to take my word for it. As for Black Lodge and Grey Lodge, you might get a chance to find out for yourself. But you have to quick; both are very likely to kick before tonight is over. All proceeds from the three Dogfish Head Lodge beers are going to the Wounded Warrior Project.
Elysian Split Shot - this coffee stout was very popular when we tapped on Monday. Get some while it lasts.
For tonight's now misnamed Double/Doppel/Dubbel Your Fun with Shawnee event, we have:
Shawnee Belgian Dubbel (sixtel) - this probably what the name says. We shall find out in just a few minutes.
Shawnee Apiarius (sixtel) - this is an English style ale with honey from Shawnee's own hives.
Shawnee Double Pale Ale (sixtel) - this is an English style pale ale that has been hopped up like crazy. I think the difference between a Double Pale Ale and an American IPA is that this one probably just uses English hops. We will find out if I'm right when the folks from Shawnee get here in about 45 minutes.
