Food specials this week:

Catfish florentine- spinach fettucini, sauteed spinach, mushrooms, tomato, and artichoke in a white wine sauce.

Bourbon maple glazed porkbelly with bacon.

Spinach salad with grilled chicken breast, carrot, fennel, and cabbage in a blueberry vinegarette.

Fruit Salad- Cantaloupe, honeydew melon, strawberry, and orange with micro greens and a lemon/basil vinegarette.
