This Week at The Grey Lodge
As usual, Chef Dave and the kitchen crew... hmm Chef Davey Dave 'n' the Kitchen Krew would be a great rap act... anyway they will have new weekly specials on the chalkboard on Tuesday. They will have a hard time topping last week's selections.

As usual, Quizzo is Wednesday at 8pm on our 2nd floor. This week's quizmaster is Chris3.

This Friday is a Funky Friday when everything we do will be funky like Lee Dorsey.

Brunch as usual is both Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 3pm.

Meanwhile over in Fox Chase, Hop Angel Brauhaus has some stuff going on this week too.


Draft Beer Update
On the IPA line, Great Lakes Nosferatu replaced Great Lakes Commodore Perry IPA. Noferatu is a big hoppy red ale. Not sure how that makes it different from an IPA, but it does somehow. If you are hophead, you should love it. The word Noferatu has something to do with vampires. There is a famous German silent movie by that name. This beer then would seem to be out in time for Halloween. But knowing how long hoppy beers last around here on tap, it will be long gone by the 31st.

The first of two quarter barrels of Twin Lakes Saengerbund Oktoberfest replaced Yuengling Oktoberfest. This is a rare lager from this small farmhouse brewery just outside of Wilmington DE.
