Draft Beer Update
On our wheat beer line, Rogue Morimoto Soba Ale replaced Troegs Dream Weaver Wheat. Soba is Japanese for Buckwheat; if not it should be. A few years ago, Rogue renamed two of their beers for Iron Chef winner Morimoto, about the same time Stephen Starr opened the restaurant with him. Since buckwheat is gluten free (though this beer isn't), I don't believe that buckwheat is actually wheat. This is a nice lighter beer so why not put it on the wheat beer line?
On our session beer line, Naked Brewing Carpe Noctem Black IPA replaced Dock Street Cranberry Kolsch. Noctem is a really tasty low ABV black IPA. This 3.9% beer comes from Buck Road in Southampton.
